How long does it take to receive what I purchased?

It may take anywhere from 2-4 business days for us to receive your debit/credit card payment. Once we receive your payment we put the order in. Shipping usually takes 10-14 days. However due to the rise in pandemic outbreaks, shipping may be delayed. During major holidays and inclimate weather, orders may also take longer to be delivered. We can't make guarantees beyond our normal timelines but if you need your purchase by a specific time, we advise you to order the item(s) 1-2 weeks in advance before the date that you originally expected to receive that item.

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period 
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 -14 business days depending on when your bank clears the transaction. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

How is the price determined?

The price goes towards the materials for the products, the cost for production, and for the quality and time that was put into creating the artwork.

How does the art get printed?

We use a third party print shop to print our art onto canvas and the posters. You may receive an addition receipt from the third party printers that shows the price for the production.

What products do you currently sell?

If you would like a size larger then the largest of the 6 for either the canvas or the poster, please contact me.

For Canvas Prints

All canvas prints come with a 1 1/2 thick wooden frame. Please measure the are area where you are placing the art piece with a 1 1/2 depth in mind.

For Poster Prints

All poster print are mounted to a foam board, this way all you have to do is hang it directly on the wall without having to buy a frame.

I am available Monday through Friday 8am-11:30pm. On Saturday and Sunday I will be closed. If you contact me on Friday after 11:30pm, You will receive a response on Monday. Our goal is to always return a response or request at the earliest convenience.

What is a canvas print?

A canvas print is your image printed with inkjet printers onto our high-quality archival canvas material. The canvas is then stretched, also known as gallery-wrapped, around an internal wooden frame allowing it to be visible from all sides.

How do I clean a canvas print?

If you accidentally spill something on your canvas, we recommend dabbing it with a moist cloth. Only rub if dabbing isn't proving successful.

What size canvas print should I get?

We recommend measuring the space you're aiming to fill. If possible mark the corners with a pencil to best decide the size you're happy with. Start with a few standard sizes to see which one fits your wall best. For a small spot in a hallway or kitchen, we'd normally start with 18"×24". If you're filling a space above a small couch or in a dining room we'd start with 24"×36". Above something like a queen bed or full couch we'd usually check 36"×54" first and go from there!

What if I want a customized size?

Please fill out a form on the contact page, letting me know what dimension. Keep in mind that the bigger the dimensions the higher the price.

Why did I get two receipts?

The first receipt is from us at www.afmurbanarts.com and it is the total cost of the product, which includes materials, and the time and dedication it took me to create the artwork.

The second receipt will be from the 3rd party printing company, which will only state the pricing for their services. We already pre-calculated this price into the total cost in which you paid in your first receipt.

When I select a size am I selecting the frame or the image size?

When placing an order the dimensions you put in will always be for the image itself. The frame and/or mat will be in addition to the size you've selected.

How do I change something on my order?

Cancle your order, you will receive your money back (it may take 24-72 hours to receive your money back, depending on your bank or financial institution), then order make a new purchse.

What do I do if I'm not happy with the piece I receive or it arrives damaged?

Please take a photo or video of the damage and send it to us at afmurbanarts@gmail.com. You can either receive a refund or receive a new order of the same or different item.

What if my item gets lost during shipping? What if I never receive my item?

Please contact us and send us your order number, tracking number, we will make sure the item is replaced.

Who do you ship with?

We ship with several couriers depending on the destination city or country. We ship using the best carrier available to us for a given destination and delivery timeline.

What is the production process?

Your production time begins once your order is approved, paid, & processed. If processed by 9 am PT (12 pm ET) production begins that day. If processed after 9 am PT (12 pm ET) production begins the next day. Any issues with payments may delay your order timeline.
